Dry Heat Bain Maries
Bains marie are the ideal choice for keeping sauces and food at serving temperature for up to two hours. Dry heat bain maries are more energy efficient and affordable than the wet heat versions and also reach serving temperature a lot quicker. Another advantage of bain maries is that they accept gastronorm dishes which means they’ll work with the rest of your catering equipment. Using gradual heat our range of dry heat bain maries can be used for gently warming as well as keeping food warm.
